All reserved/scheduled overnight rental pickups will begin next day as early as 7am.

🚚 DELIVERY: We deliver to Richmond and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated at checkout).
🌧 RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 24 hour notice is given.
👧👦 OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.

We offer full refund or option to reschedule your bounce house rental in the event of rain or heavy winds in excess of 15mph. Request for cancellation or reschedule as a result of inclement weather is needed no later than 12pm the day before your scheduled delivery. Unless a cancellation is requested, in the event of light rain or scattered showers, orders will be delivered at the reserved time. Quality Bounce reserves the right to cancel reservations for safety reasons in the event of heavy winds and inclement weather. Refund rain policy is for inflatables only.

The reservation/ order cancellation policy and fee for all equipment is as follows.

For cancellations prior to 30 days from the scheduled date – no cancellation fee and full refund of reservation fee to the client.
For cancellations 30 days or less from the scheduled date up to the second (2nd) day prior to the scheduled delivery/will call date, customers will be charged a cancellation fee, equivalent to the deposit amount of 30%.
For cancellations, 2 days prior, or later to the scheduled delivery/will call date- a cancellation fee of 50% of the total charges for the order will be due from the client.
